Plot:
All-around naughty girl Nana takes the journey of her life when she is hired by von Falke for his luxuries home. Her parties transform into orgies and Nana soon finds her self bored. She starts moving around between house-holds and men, everything from poor men, to women, to people of higher rank.

Our Thoughts:
Mac Ahlberg is a director I'm familiar with by name, but haven't really ventured into his little filmography of smut as of yet. Actually, that's not entirely true, I have skimmed through his two porns "Flossie" and "Justine och Juliette". Highly standard porn, I'd say. Doesn't bring much to the table, but again - it's porn. You don't need much else, do you? I haven't seen anything from his other films though. There's one title you often hear about, and that is "Fanny Hill". My reason for not really knowing much about this guy is basicly that I'm not all too interested in pornography or erotica if it doesn't bring a decent story or some experimental stuff into it. "Nana" is a decent watch though.

We follow Nana, a girl that goes from working at a night club, to jumping around between parties and partners, sleeping around with every time of person she can find. The film is loosely based on a story by Émile Zola with the same title, written in 1880, and you can tell the story could be adapted into any century without ruining anything. It's mostly focused on people, really. It promises plenty of erotic scenes and Anna Gaël is a beautiful woman so I can't complain. I really enjoy these older erotic films because they actually bring on a story that you can follow, and they try their hardest to make an honest film out of smut. Nowadays all we get are shit-actors who can't deliver lines, poor scripts that always makes sure the scene will end in stereotypical boring banging (softcore is the worst nowadays). "Nana" is an example of a 70's film that has a story good enough to carry the film even if you cut out all of the erotic scenes. Might not be a movie worth watching then, but the film would still work.

It's not as graphic as pornography but it gives us a few great shots here and there. Like I said, the lead actress is fine looking, and I can guarantee that most women are in this film. For all the girls out there there are also some male nudity.

It's not worse than any other 70's erotica out there. If that's what you enjoy watching, I think this would be worth checking out. It's just one of those movies you don't really have to follow fram by frame, but if you do there is still a story there. You don't really miss out if you only wanna see the erotic scenes. I think if you wanna watch a film with a much more interesting plot that still has plenty of the good stuff, watch "Journey To Japan" with Christina Lindberg or something.

Positive things:
- Anna Gaël and all of the other actresses.
- There is a story to follow, but it's not a problem if you choose not to.
- So much better than modern softcore. They always were.

Negative things:
- Far from anything groundbreaking. You've seen stuff like this before, I can promise you that.
