Two satanists kill the owner and operator of an experimental rape clinic and decide to make one of the clinic's patients their own personal satanic plaything.
I'm not really sure what to say about "Orgasm Torture In Satan's Rape Clinic". While it isn't technically a Factory 2000 production, this has all the makings of William Hellfire and Co.'s previous movie efforts: lesbian erotica that falls some where between softcore and hardcore porn with cheesy-schlocky exploitation tones. We've even got the familiar faces with Ruby Larocca playing the victim and Darian Caine as one of the satanist who, of course, engages in all the decadent behavior that put Factory 2000, and later, Alternative Cinema (Seduction Cinema, After Hours Cinema, etc.) on the map.
The thing is that there really isn't a story: Darian Caine and Johnny Bronx play as a pair rapists and satanists who kill the owner of a rape clinic and then take to sexually torturing Ruby Larocca - a patient at the clinic. That's all the story you get and you get it in about the first five or ten minutes of the movie. The rest of the movie is about the erotic moments of lesbianism. Again, if you're familiar with William Hellfire's filmography at all, this is pretty familiar ground.
The fact that the movie is only forty-five minutes long made it feel like this was intended to be more as a companion piece for a DVD release. Like what they did with Seduction Cinema's release of "Roxanna". Instead it's a stand alone title that actually harkens back to what REAL Grindhouse cinema was: quick and dirty adult entertainment. The type of movies you see 42nd Street Pete put out on DVD. If you're a fan of Hellfire/Factory 2000 movies and enjoy those lesbian, more-than-softcore, fetishistic flicks then you'll probably like "Orgasm Torture In Satan's Rape Clinic" since it doesn't bullshit around with you. It does what it wants to do and that's that.
